Cost-effective multiprobe system
The EPU452 system consists of four individually isolated signal conditioning and measuring circuits communicating with a PC via the USB. Each input can be individually configured and reconfigured by software to measure data from the following sensors types:- pH, ion selective electrode (ISE), Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP)
- Zero Resistance Ammeter (ZRA) and High Impedance Voltmeter
- Dissolved oxygen (dO2)
- Conductivity: 2 µS to 200 mS with a variety of conductivity sensors.
- Amperometric biosensors and other amperometric detectors with adjustable Poise voltage.
- Temperature: using thermistor (0 to 70ºC) or RTD (-25 to +250ºC).
At fraction of the cost, the EPU452 provides the same function as four independent laboratory instruments.
Powerful software Included
Pod-Vu software provides the means display and record continuous experimental data. Supported by a serial protocol the system can be accessed by LabVIEW and other programming languages for customers who need to integrate the system into a laboratory data system. An independent Configuration Utility allows the system to be reconfigured to meet new experimental protocols.
Customise with you own software
You can also write your own recording, or process control, software using the 'virtual serial protocol' provided over the isoPod's USB interface. The serial protocol can be accessed through your own software, for example in LabView, C#, Visual Basic, etc. or by terminal emulation software compatible with serial (COM) ports, eg TeraTerm, HyperTerminal or other serial (COM) port compatible software that can log responses into a file or Excel document, eg WinWedge, HyperAccess.
