Hummingbird Nano Y-Style Helical Channel Mixing Chip
Hummingbird Nano's Peak-FlowTM microfluidic mixer chips have ultra-smooth and circular channels for superior mixing and very low swept volumes.
The mixer chips are available in four-port X-style or three port Y-style channel configuration.
The Y-style, helical channel mixer chip is a passive acrylate, y-mixer with 3D helical channels, 280 µm in diameter.
Zero Dead Volume and Low Swept Volume
Reagents can be the most costly components in a protocol. Very low volume mixing can be readily accomplished using the X or Y style mixer chip and LabSmith’s uProcess programmable microfluidic components.
Circular Channels
Circular channel cross sections allow fluids to flow at the speeds you design, with more stability.
No Connector Bonding
All channels and integrated parts are cast as a single piece, eliminating bonding and its associated challenges.
Smooth Transitional and channel Flow
1/16" connections to CapTite components provides smooth transitional flow in and out of the chip, with no right angle bends. 2-5 nm surface roughness in all channels ensures smooth, steady flow.
