The Navitar Ultra Precise Eye lenses are ideal for high magnification fixed inspection applications. The advanced design produces outstanding contrast and precision, while providing higher resolution and magnification than the standard Precise Eye. These systems incorporate infinity-corrected objectives to provide long working distances and excellent edge flatness and clarity.
The Ultra Precise Eye body tubes include adaptors for Mitutoyo long working distance objectives and for RMS compatible objectives, e.g. the Olympus UIS. M25 Adapters for Nikon objectives are available.

Ultra Precise Eye Advantages

Modular Design

An Ultra Precise Eye Lens is built by combining three parts:
  • An adapter tube with magnification of 0.5X, 0.67X, 1X, 1.33X or 2X
  • A body tube with a magnification of 0.9X
  • A microscope objective with magnification from 5X to 50X
By selecting the right combination of objective lens, body and adapter, magnifications between 2.2X and 91 are possible. See the Precise Eye Field of View table for detailed specifications.
The body tubes are available with or without a focusing adjustment, and with or without a coaxial illumination port for an 8mm fiber bundle or spot LED illuminator.

Options

Further enhancing the versatility of the Ultra Precise Eye are extra options:
  • 90 deg angled adapter tubes
  • Remote focusing body with dc or stepper motor
  • NIR (700-1550nm) coated optics
For lower magnifications, the Standard Precise Eye version works with 0.25X to 2X lens attachment, for a magnification range between 0.22X and 7.2X.
