The Navitar Precise Eye lenses are ideal for high magnification fixed inspection applications. Designed to provide superior optical performance and high vibration stability over standard C-mount video lenses, Precise Eye lenses feature high-resolution, diffraction-limited f/4.5 optical quality for high precision measurement and inspection.

Precise Eye Advantages

Modular Design

A Precise Eye Lens is built by combining three parts:
  • An adapter tube with magnification of 0.5X, 0.67X, 1X, 1.33X or 2X
  • A body tube with a magnification of 1.8X
  • A lens attachment with magnification of 0.25X, 0.75X, 0.5X, 1.5X or 2X
By selecting the right combination of attachment, body and adapter, magnifications between 0.22X and 7.2X are possible.
The body tubes are available with or without a focusing adjustment, and with or without a coaxial illumination port for an 8mm fiber bundle or spot LED illuminator.

Options

Further enhancing the versatility of the Precise Eye are extra options:
  • 90 deg angled body or adapter tubes
  • Variable iris body tubes
  • Remote focusing body with dc or stepper motor
  • NIR (700-1550nm) coated optics
The Ultra Precise Eye version work with 5X to 50X long working distance microscope objectives, giving combined magnification 2.2X to 88X.
