A major Danish company develops products containing a small mechanism with moving polymer and metal parts that fit precisely together with tight tolerances. The products will be manufactured in quantities of millions per year by highly automated assembly processes using specially designed machines.
The engineers are using the MotionGrabber 200 high-speed camera system for test and validation of the new machines and for documentation and diagnosis of problems during pilot assembly runs.
