High-performance Fittings and Fixtures
The LabSmith Microfluidic Construction Kit gives you everything you need to build reliable, stable microfluidic circuits. All components are inter-compatible and designed for standard 360 µm, 1/32" and 1/16" tubing. The components are offered through license from Sandia National Laboratories and proven through years of world-class research work.

Breadboard-based small footprint designs
The LabSmith Microfluidic Construction Kit components allow complete set-ups to be built in a fraction of the time and with a fraction of the footprint needed when using other fittings. The components mount through fixation holes on a breadboard, giving stable and small footprint setups. Bonded port connectors provide secure and compact interface to and between chips.
Reusable components
All CapTite components are designed for low dead volumes and easy cleaning, enabling long life over multiple runs. Complete construction kits are available, with everything you need to build up experiment after experiment, for great value with little waste, at a fraction of the price of other components.

Breadboard
Fiberglass breadboards enable rapid positioning and mounting of components to create an endless array of reusable setups. Compatible with all LabSmith interconnect components, the breadboard has holes on 1/4-inch centers and includes standoffs, non-slip feet and mounting screws. One-piece fittings
These compact PEEK™ fittings connect capillary or tubing to other CapTite components. Precision-manufactured seats provide high pressure seals to 5 kpsi finger-tight or 10 kpsi tool-tight, with no sleeves. Reliably seal hundreds of times, with easy clean-up and re-use. Dimensions |

Valves
These manually-controlled, 3-port selector valve provides "L" pattern flow routing at pressures up to 10 kpsi. Stable, high-cycle switching. Mounting holes for breadboard positioning. One-piece fittings required for connections. Dimensions |

Cartridges
Micro-liter volume cartridges can be filled, and refilled, with many types of packing. Easily disassembled and cleaned, cartridges enable high-speed processing of small volumes (2ul-100ul) for high throughput sample preparation. Two one-piece fittings and four 10µm polyester sample filters included. Made of biocompatible PEEK.

Bonded port connectors
