Uncooled CMOS camera for electroluminiscense applications
With the EL1-D1312-160-CL-12 camera Photonfocus is introducing an uncooled CMOS camera for the inspection of solar cells based on electroluminescence. The new 1.4Mpix camera is based on the newly developed 3rd Generation CMOS imager A1312Photonfocus. The A1312 image sensor from Photonfocus was optimised for applications in the visible as well as the NIR (Near Infra Red up to 1100nm).
The A1312 image sensor series is designed and fabricated in a 0.35µm CMOS technology, optimized for image sensors to achieve an outstanding sensitivity and quantum efficiency. The resolution of the new sensors is 1312 x 1082 pixels, with 8µm x 8µm square pixels and over 60% fill factor with an excellent image quality. The fast global shutter provides sharp and smear free images even at high frame rates
