The AOS PROMON family of high-speed image streaming systems for industrial troubleshooting and monitoring includes the portable lunchbox-PC multi-camera PROMON HD2, the compact-PC version PROMON HD, and the laptop based PROMON PC.

The PROMON systems include one or more firewire cameras with a speed up to 200 frames per second, ideal for monitoring and troubleshooting fast mechanical movements in industrial automation systems.

The PROMON systems come with the powerful PROMON Studio software, which is extremely easy to use without special training. The PROMON systems are thus ideally suited for use in industrial production environments.

The advanced Image Trigger function enables triggering on unusual events without the need for special trigger sensors. The image data inside multiple user-defined areas of each incoming image is continually analyzed. A trigger to start a recording is issued when the data fulfills certain user-defined criteria. Typical situations that can be detected are movements in places where there are not supposed to be any, or missing movement is places where there should be moving objects.
